Ennis House, designed in the style of a Mayan temple by legendary American architect Frank Lloyd Wright and built in 1924 has been sold for $4.5 million USD.

With fabulous views overlooking the Hollywood Hills in California, the property has been purchased by supermarket tycoon Ron Burkle whom will continue the extensive renovations necessary, following severe damage in the 1994 earthquake and heavy rainfall’s in 2005.
